Payment Information
All major forms of payment are accepted.
Payment is due at completion of service. A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of treatment (day of impressions).
If work is done at a clinic, all payments must go through the front desk at that office.
Our offices accept Cash, Interac Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Personal cheques will be accepted at denturists discretion.
For in house visits or nursing home visits, all payments go through the denturist and are due in full on the day that service is completed.
For housecalls, we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac E-Transfer. Personal cheques will be accepted at denturists discretion.
Please Note: Dentures and denture services are considered medical expenses which you can claim on your income tax, so save your receipt for tax time.
Insurance Information
CANADA DENTAL CARE PLAN is accepted here, so call to book an appointment today!!!
We accept all insurance plans. A pre-determination can be sent on your behalf on the day of consultation to find out what your insurance company will pay. Payment to the denturist will be made in full by the patient upon completion of service, and at that time a claim can be sent into the insurance company for reimbursement of money to the patient.

Veterans are always welcome and honoured. we accept Veterans Affairs insurance. At the consultation appointment a pre-determination will be sent to Blue Cross for any work that needs to be done. Upon receipt of approval from head office, the work that has been approved will be completed with the patient and a claim sent in. Veterans do not pay upfront as complete reimbursement will be provided by blue cross to the denturist.
NIHB is accepted as well. Similar to the procedure for Veterans Affairs, a pre-determination will be sent to the appropriate office for approval. Once written approval is obtained, work will be completed and a claim sent in to those offices.
